5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom newly furnished and decorated executive villa with private pool and spa.

The large pool area and the adjoining spa is in the sunshine until sunset and there are table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view. There is a child safety fence for use around the pool.

Inside, our 3000 sq ft, fully air-conditioned villa easily sleeps 12 guests. There are three master bedroom suites, one with a King, one queen bed, and one double--all with en-suites. Two twin bedrooms share the family bathroom.

Each bedroom has a TV and the master bedroom has a TV with a DVD player. The family room also has a DVD player with movies and a Play Station 3 with games. In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room.

The fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay. There is also a spacious games room with a 8ft slate bed pool table and a foosball (table football).

The villa has loads of “extras” at no extra charge such as high-speed wireless Internet, unlimited phone and Play Station 3 games console with games. Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests, we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa, although we do provide ashtrays for use on the pool deck.
