Use this page to make advance payment after you receive our reservation confirmation for your villa rental. Do NOT make payments until you have received confirmation.

All rates are in US Dollars and our secure payment processing uses PayPal, the world standard for online commerce.
You are not required to join PayPal if you are not already a member. They accept most major credit cards, so your payment is easy, secure, and convenient.

Ordering

This page contains the options that might make your stay more enjoyable. If you are staying in a villa for 5 or fewer days, the Short-stay Cleaning fee is not optional, it is required; the code for it is on the page of the villa you are renting.

The cleaning codes below vary by villa size; all others options are the same, no matter what size villa you are renting.

There is a currency converter on the pages that show the groups of 3, 4, or 5 & 6 villas. It's in the right-hand column.

How to Use the Shopping Cart

Select "Add to Cart" for each of the appropriate items from the sections below and your order will appear in a new window.

Adjust quantity as necessary and click "Update Cart"; then select "Continue Shopping" or close that window to return to this page to enter other items and any special options. Either method will bring you back here without losing your previous selections..

When you are done, click "Proceed to Checkout" and follow on-screen instructions. Please make your selections carefully to avoid problems with final confirmation and acceptance of payment for your reservation. You will receive a copy of your order from PayPal by e-mail.

Step 4	Choose from the Cleaning Options below. Short-stay cleaning is required for all stays of 5 or fewer nights. Mid-stay cleaning is optional.
	Note: Prices below do not include sales tax. Tax is computed when you click the "Add to Cart" button and total will appear as the price in the shopping cart.

There is a code on the page of the villa you are renting; match it to the codes on the right to choose the appropriate fee.
